Diamond Nails

Service was good however I got my nails done Thursday last week it is now Tuesday and my nails started falling off 3 days after I always get them the same but I went to Richmond diamond nails instead of Motueka.

Although the young lad that did my nails was really nice, the nails have only lasted for5 days before lifting. One nail actually ripped off,very painful taking half my own nail with it. Was on holiday in Richmond so can't go back to have them redone, unfortunately. Will continue to go to diamond nails in my home town.

Lovely place to have your nails done. Nothing is too much trouble management and staff all do an excellent job with exceptional results. Always very pleased with the finished product, highly recommend.

The service was terrible, I had to wait for a lady to come in, when she did she was rude and when I told her it was my first time and to just let me know what’s happening she completely ignored me. I was getting a eyelash extension and acrylic nails done, my eyes started to sting after she did my eyelashes and I told her that, she threw a tissue at me and told me to sit in a chair for my nails. I asked her if I could show her a picture of what nails I wanted and if she would be able to do them. She ignored me then as well and just started doing my nails, she was very aggressive and even answered her phone 5 minutes in, she continuously checked her phone after that. When she put one of the nails on I realised it was on a lean so I kindly asked her if she could re do it, she blamed me and said it was my fault for moving too much and to just sit still . I told her I wanted French tips but only for part of the nail, on the tips, she ignored me then and continued doing my nails and now they are 3/4 full. She cut me more than once, I bled and she just wiped it and went on her phone. The service was terrible and I don’t recommend coming here.

Best pedicure I have had . Very Profesional, great range of colours, great price, highly recommended. Will be definitely going back

I was having my regular manicure today with the excellent staff at Diamond Nails.A woman barged in and immediately demanded a refund. She did not identify herself she just ranted on before asking for the owner. She was just awful. Reminded me of one of those fake TV rants.After she left the staff were very sorry for the upset.I don't understand why this women acted the way she did, she was so rude and abusiveI felt sorry for the staff, they are always so nice

I just paid for my pedicure (regular pedicure, no gel) $60 although I was told the day before it's $40. The lady at the counter ignored my question why it is more, she grabbed my $60 cash and vanished without even asking if I want my receipt. Very disappointing service and I won't be coming back. Lucky to me there are many nails places in Richmond.

Amazing service, Had a long day at work and was originally booked for a manicure but the amazing team managed to fit me in for a pedicure also, They were so busy being Christmas Eve-eve and still managed to do an excellent job and treat me so kindly. I would highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Unfortunately disappointed. I have been to thus place before to get shellac on my toes. Just a nail trim and shellac, usually costs me $40. Today the staff barely acknowledged me, my polish was not done very well and you can see through to my nailed still in some areas. I was charged a lot more. Very sad that I have to find a new nail place.It was the diamond nail place in Richmond Mall.Thank you for your response.On the 25th of May at around 230pm.I said specifically before my appointment I just needed a polish, the girl nodded. She went to buff my feet, I again said that was not needed, just my nails. She just chatted away to her coworker.
