Went there in spite of the bad reviews. Bad idea! Wanted to treat my 6 year old with a nail paint while I had gel done. They just sat her down, grabbed her hand, and slapped polish on, maybe 2min if that, no care taken. My gel didn't even last a week and she ripped my skin when filing, chatted away in their language and didn't even say a word to me, only made a snide remark because I cut my nails short (I'm in Healthcare so can't have long nails). Definitely won't go again.

The first time I went here and got acrylics done, they turned out super good and I thought it was really good value, however the second time I went in for acrylics, they were awful.. asked for a specific shape and left with no tips that were matching.. The techs need customer service training asap because the whole entire room is just cold and unwelcoming, they dont speak a single word to you apart from when youre paying until your set is done. shame after a good first impression…….

i went to the one in new lynn to get a set of acrylics for my birthday, little did i know the lack of experience this last had. i walked in showing a photo on my phone and simply asked if they could do it (they said yes) so i sat down. i asked for almond shape, they said “oh no no we can only do square” so i agreed and got square. then halfway through my nails getting painted the lady told me it would be an additional $11 and that the original lady who told me the costs didn’t know what she was doing. not to mention there had been two woman standing over me whilst the third was doing my nails for over roughly 1 hour (it was a bit intimidating). after they were done, my french tips were all painted incorrectly & look like a child had painted them, the tips were too big that were fitted for my nails & they simply look clumpy . 1/5 would never go back. don’t waste your money.

Love going to New Lynn, every time I go I see the owner & always have something new in my nails with SNS I’ve seen online & today she did not disappoint! Love my nails & never disappointed

No customer service, I picked the colour of my nails and she must have grabbed the wrong colour as it looked nothing like practice nail colour. The lady just got up and walked away I had no idea If she was finished or not so I sat there untill another lady told me she was done. My nails started chipping on day 6 which shouldn’t happen. Actually really annoyed as they looked gross for Xmas.

My first time at this shop and I will never return. Bad service, the employees only talk to each other in their own language. They are rude and do a terrible job, because they don't even do the basics of a manicure and pedicure and at the time I went, there were 5 employees and only 3 customers and they didn't pay much attention to us customers. They make fun of us, laugh and talk loudly among themselves. I was choosing a nail polish to put on my feet that matched the ones on my hands and I couldn't find it, I called one of the employees to help me and she simply turned around and said there it is, look and then I called another one who behaved the same way without any problems. difference and still looked at me with an ugly face. Another was feeling more than a queen, legs up with her cell phone in her hand. I hope the owners are sensible people and that they don't lose their customers because of untrained employees. While the employees, dear this is not a favor, I paid for the service. I spent $105.00 and didn't even get the basics of a pedicure and manicure. If I had researched the reviews here, I would never have set foot in this place and I will certainly continue to frequent the same place as always, because I thought it could be a good option because it was close to home, but I prefer to cross the bridge and go to Epson and have a service as it should. Advice: Don't waste your time or money there. It just looks like it.

I have a great time today. Was really surprised that the nail tech spoke English to me. She was very nice. Im def coming back. Extra point for a great conversation.

Assuming this place has now moved to Lynmall. My first and last time coming to this place. AND I even had my nails done by the OWNER! She did not listen to a thing that I wanted. I wanted long almond nails, and got given very short square nails. When I questioned her about it, she said nails underneath too short"

The best place to be in. The pedicure treatment I get here is the best in New Zealand. Very professional and friendly staff. Highly recommendable. Enjoying the services here for the last seven years and will keep coming.
