Thank you Caleb, Tim and Kim for providing such an excellent service from time of placement of blinds to installation of blinds. Communication from the Venluree team was outstanding, from the consultation with Caleb, to installation of the blinds done by Tim. Venluree's service was professional, our blinds arrived on time, as per the date given at placement order. Email correspondence was appreciated, as kept us up-to-date with progress on our order, delivery date, preparation required for installation of blinds, etc. Installation was quick, and the blinds look absolutely beautiful. I would recommend Venluree and would use them again when it is time to do my dining room.

We had a bad experience choosing Venluree Blinds. We went through lots of stress and waste of time and they made lots of visits to do their job. They promised to do the job on 20th Jan but it took about a month more for them to complete. After the completion, they have made so many visits, the blinds are not properly done. Its a new house and the blinds are not properly which makes a house look so untidy. They have asked us to make the full payment then only they will come and fix/adjust the blinds(do it properly) ,which is poor customer service as well. They have even charged as more us more for their mistake. We are not happy with their service. The situation we were in was created by themselves for their initial mistake of not measuring the right house and then they charged us extra to complete the work(which is still not properly done). We are sharing the experience we went through. The stress we went through , we wish we had got another vendor to do our home blinds. Being a new home , the work they have done is not acceptable.
