Won’t be buying my vinyls from anywhere else from now on.I’ve had a lot of trouble with ordering stuff online recently, living in Auckland during lockdown, and expected a number of delays due to Covid, post issues and the long weekend.I placed my order Saturday of Labour weekend. As promised, it was dispatched Tuesday, and I was pleasantly surprised today (Wednesday) to find my order has arrived already.Great contact, great service, great products. Thank you Southbound!

Fantastic helpful young men. Gave them a list of vinyls I wanted to buy for my sons birthday and even months after I gave them the list they rang and said they had managed to source one of the vinyls on the list BUT would still keep a look out for others. Thats top class service for sure!

The best record store in Auckland City (possibly the country?) hands down. Prices are more attractive than their bigger competitors down the street and the vibe is spot on.I really like the lay out of the store too. Very cool to have an audiophile section.Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff who are always happy to help and an awesome rewards system for regular customers. Southbound have really nailed it!

My husband has a new love of Vinyls - Southbound records one of those places that you could get lost for hours. The owner has an incredible knowledge of music and readily shares his knowledge, which is awesome.I reckon if my Hubby ever goes missing, I bet I'd find him here.
