Products look fine but if you need aftersales you'll just be ignored. I had a large AGM battery which failed and became an incredibly heavy brick. He took the battery back to test along with the charger he'd sold me then completely stopped replying to communications, essentially stealing over $800 worth of his product back from me and now I'm completely without a battery and charger. It seems a pretty awful way to treat your customers and judging from a few recent reviews I'm not alone in this.

New hybrid inverter wouldn't deliver rated AC output, won't charge from generator and if it sporadically did, only at half current. Vendor refused to answer the phone or return calls or emails. Useless junk equipment was returned and we got stiffed on the $1400+ cost and no communication returned. Strongly recommend not to trade with these thieves.

Needing a replacement DC converter, I was given great advice by David at Wave Inverter which meant I purchased the right item (rather than the device I thought" was right). That was then delivered very quickly. It is great to have someone who understands and supports their products

I have been purchasing numerous batteries and other electronic supplies from Waveinverter's over the the last several years for use in caravans, boats, electric golf trundlers etc and have found their products to be of great value and quality. They are now my first stop shop for supplies. Service has been exceptional with delivery of products always very prompt and well packed. Would highly recommend to all.

Bought a few SHT2000 humidity and temperature controllers. First one, the box arrived pretty munted - as it was shipped in just a plastic bag, but the controller worked fine luckily. With my second order I suggested to bubble wrap the product, but no response and arrived in a bag again. But worked. The next two controllers, same story.I'm having some issues with all controllers where they shut off when they're not supposed to (at 100% humidity on sensor). Got one quick reply 10 days ago and I replied back almost immediately. Have sent my reply numerous times now, but no response (and my email was just an answer to his question).Edit, 2 weeks later: When one of the units started having a fault, I contacted WaveInverter again and this time I got a quick response and a new unit was sent straight away. Whether this is because of this review or just coincidence, I don't know, but that's a great service. The parcel was also carefully wrapped this time.Long story short; The products are pretty good for what you pay for them, shipping is within 2 days, which is fair, but service can be a bit iffy.

Very impressed with the durability of solar panels purchased from Waveinverter. One panel was badly damaged by people throwing rocks and amazingly the panel still managed to output a very low amount of power to help keep our gear running even with a huge hole right through it!

Happy to supply you but when it comes to warranty, he becomes uncontactable, won't reply to emails.Have 2 batteries fail under warranty but can't get responses. Better to buy cheaper batteries from another source, why pay for something that doesn't exist. Untrustworthy company.

Purchased a larger marine inverter - excellent pre-sales (I had lots of questions) and good after-sales too when I had a few install questions too. Overall highly reccomended.

I have bought a number of these E2 style batteries and I haven’t had a single problem with any of them. The oldest I bought 4 years ago for my little campervan which was always suffering from flat batteries and problems with the solar system. Since installing these batteries, the solar system and batteries have been totally trouble free. Its not just that they have been trouble free but in some of the remote locations that I have been, its been the peace of mind and reliability that has helped make some of these trips so enjoyable.I would certainly like to thank David for his excellent support and service over this time.
