5 stars are not enough to express how satisfied I am with Midtown Motors.We were visiting Whanganui from Hamilton when our car started to give us some trouble. We were walk-in customers with no booking, but Raj understood our situation and helped us out. They diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and the price was reasonable too. Although we had 4-5 hour drive ahead of us, we felt good as we left Whanganui thanks to the great service at Midtown Motors.Raj was friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Raj & the team at Midtown Motors for saving us from the tricky situation!

Amazing company to deal with. I came through from Hamilton to Whanganui and had something off with my brakes. Called Raj who said to bring the car down now and he would look at it for me. He checked out the car so thoroughly but couldn't find a fault. Incredibly he wouldn't let me pay for this which blew my mind. I went down to the local cafe and purchased a big cake for the whole team to express my thanks. It was such a comfort to drive home knowing my car was all ok. Then to add to this incredible service Raj called me the next day to see if i had any issues and had got home safe. Now that is what you call real service. First time going to Midtown Motors, under this ownership.They were professional, friendly, helpful, and got the job done in a timely manner.Janine was amazing thinking outside of the box, and making sure I had a loan vehicle due to having a child.Amazing service. Super friendly team!!! Our campervan broke down and everybody was extremely patient with us, kind and helpful. 100% recommend best place to go to!

Raj was amazing helping us out on the recent Targa after our petrol pump disintegrated at the start of a special stage - he came in after hours and got us back into the competition. This was an after hours job - the towing company who had to travel for an hour to pick us up arranged for us to go to Midtown and we were very lucky to find us great people to help us - hope you enjoyed the custard squares:)
