I cannot speak to the in-store experience as I purchased online. The selection is excellent though as someone who trains customer service professionals for a career, I would say my online shopping experience could've been better.I was asked to pay more for shipping after my purchase which I was more than willing to do. However the communication I received was quite unprofessional and unhelpful that it resulted in me getting a refund. The individual I dealt with was seemingly uncaring about making a sale or not. Obviously my purchase doesn't make a big difference to the business but very unusual to be treated with such disregard.

By far the highest integrity business I have dealt with in New Zealand over the last 25 years. And 10 out of 10 for service and choice of liquor. Spending the night there and having a sip from each bottle is in my bucket list, may be not in theirs… :-)

Just back from Regional Wines where I received excellent service!Wanted a special rum & Stefan went to the trouble to find a recipe on line for me to be sure I was getting the right product - thank you so much for your extra effort - very appreciated! Great selection of liquors and a real specialty shop for the hard-to-find. 5-Star all the way!

Staff were very helpful and informative. This place has had a really good history of really good wines and spirits. We went there as we had one wine we wanted and thought they would have it, which they did. There critique of the different Gins was spot on, and as a result we purchased a rather nice bottle of this.

Best bottle store in the city. Maybe country? Maybe world! Do you like sour beer? I do. So does Regional Wines. They label the sours in the vast kaleidoscopic beer chiller. To make it easy for the fiends like me to seize upon our saliva gland-assaulting heroes.
