Great service began with Angela in the office who was always helpful and obliging and continued with the technicians who came out to first fix our alarm and in the end due to it’s age, replace it. Great consultation and advice given and at no time were they pushing me to spend any more than was necessary to keep my system running. On Guard surveyed our house and recommended installation of an Ajax wireless security system. They carried out the installation and after the installation everything is working well. The system is easy to arm and disarm and very flexible, allowing us to tweak the settings if we so wish. Throughout the process Ajax were responsive, professional and provided a good level of service. I would use them again.

Our remote alarm software needed updating so Trey who is one of their technicians came to our site, set it all up and made sure we all understood clearly how to best use the software.
