Great space, the staff and friendly and welcoming. I had compression therapy and it made an immediate difference in releasing my tight muscles after an intense week of workouts. Highly recommend.

Had constant lower back pain sitting at about a 4/10 spiking to about 7-8/10. Did a few sessions of the PEMF treatment and Red Light Therapy and I no longer had constant pain. All the swelling I had was gone and the pain I had left was very manageable and allowed me to heal fully. Lovely staff too.

It is one of the best massages in NZ. The message therapist was very experienced. The whole place including massage room was very clean.The location is right in the city center with lot of parking space nearby.
