If there is negative star, I will give this a negative star. Give yourself a favor, stay away from this company. Save yourself from hassle, delays, time, follow ups, and most of all once they get your money, they don't care if you get your item or not. Even with the refund, they won't refund it, you have to follow up them everyday, and hope they will refund it. I am still waiting for their refund because I gave up waiting for my item, they keep saying it will arrive this certain day then won't inform you that it has not arrive then will promise you that they will deliver then it won't happen so you will ring them and they will give you all the excuses in the world and won't take any responsibility. Never trust this company. Wish I read the reviews before doing transaction with this cunning company. Please return my money. You should earn it and not just take it from other people's pocket.

Brought a bed base and headboard, well made and easy to put together. Delivery was awesome. They also have a trademe site which is kept updated in regards to delivery times as it's different to website. Keep this in mind before reaching for phone and email and having ago at them. As I've seen from other reviews. Recommend this company and will purchase more from them in future.

Absolutely appalling service, purchased a bed from the store, only after I paid I was told it would take a week to come fromAuckland. After 2 weeks, multiple calls to both Hamilton and Auckland, multiple times a day, to not one pick up, currently sleeping on a air mattress after doing 12-16 hour days I’m not happy, I would like my refund but no can’t even get a contact back

buyers beware!!!!!, do not purchase anything from this store. there customer service sucks, they're never open and when you finally reach them they don't care that you travel 40mins to pick up an item during there operating hours just to find out they are closed. when you ask if they can just send a courtesy message to say they're open because your travelling in. There reply is they don't have the time". you have already paid for the product. Yes I understand that things are hard but if you ring over and over during business hours and left voice mail messages also email's. travel 3 days in a row at different hours to catch them Not good customer service. Looking through these reviews this company is terrible

Spent over 20k with this company and you would think they’d treat customer with replacer. Waited 4 weeks already for a delivery, call everyday and nobody cares to get it sorted. Embarrassing company

Went there today to purchase 5 items that i seen had in stock long story short they had none in stock then when i asked when they can get them how soon they said they only prioritize people that buy big bulky items and also bloody rude pickup your game and actually run your business like it should beDont go here just wasting your time
