When I thought there is no faith in humanity anymore, I found it with one call to this centre. This was the case that normally you would never call them with, but as I had no more hope, I gave it a try. I don't remember the lady's name but I believe it was Louise (if I write it well). Thank you for being human and making my day slightly better.
