The workers are amazing! Taken my car there a few times and they always manage to sort my problems out. Great communicators and always get me back on the road as soon as possible. Sometimes I'll have an issue and they fix it right on the spot without an appointment. They also have afterpay which is handy of you're short on money. Would defs recommend going here if you have any car troubles

It’s the worst experience ever with this guyOn 23 /11/20 My car had transmission problemI call Ford company but they told my they fully booked so l have find someone else talks it so I called tyrebuster .After 3 day they told me they need to change computer system and they need to order it from Ford company I said okAnd after few days I called and asked if the car done they told me they couldn’t program the part only Ford company can d that so we need take appointment with Ford .I said that a shame but I agreeSo they booked for 6/91/21 and they gave me curtesy car till mine get fixed and one day I was driving with my family going for picnic and all of sadden the car broke down so i call him and I told him what happened and I call towed the car to him and I noticed the car out of rego and wot after this incident.After almost 2 weeks I call them and hoping my car ready by now and I was shocked by him telling me that No one show up from Ford company to fix the car and I told him aren’t you supposed to take the car to them? He said no they supposed to come and he promised he will solve the problem and get it fix ASAB.After 2 days I call Ford company and asked them about my car they said we were expecting your car on 6th and9th but no one show up so I ask her if she can rebooked on the next day available and she did.So I call back the owner of tyrebuster told him what they told me he started making lam excuse that they told him deferent things and that he had a del with a guy and he throw all the blame on Ford I didn’t believe him but I want to fix my car and get over with so I told him the day I bookedAnd In few days finally my car been done so I want there 2 pickup my car and I payed him for it and I asked him to pay me back for the towing ticket and I showed him the ticket and he told me he need to discuss it with his wife first and he will pay back later and he asked me for my bank account. I didn’t like that but I said ok and now it’s been almost 2 monthsAnd he refused to pay me back

Worst customer service by the guys!! I cant believe how can they do it their customers, gave me a quotation for the tyre for $190, drove to their place all the way from tauranga and these people showed me the tyre and agreed to the price at first contact, but then the lady and other fella came to us in the middle when the other guy is changing the tyre and they said its $250 not $190. Are you guys joking? We wasted our time to wait for our turn and then you guys charging more than what you agreed on the phone. I Even called you the same day before coming to your shop just to make sure that you still have that in stock and agreed to $190 not $250.Total RIPP OFF!! Even the attitude shown by you guys and that lady was not well mannered, just because you didn’t left any option as the tyre was already taken off, i have to pay that unreasonable amount to you.!!!!!I wish there would be none star rating, don’t wanna give a single star.!!!!!!Replying to your response—First of all i think you guys do record the call when somebody calls you, so better go and check it.Because you are the one who said that there are 2 tires available in RFT and i agreed on Bridgestone Potenza and also requested you to keep it for me as i’ll be coming on Monday to your store.So the appointment was already made last week when i confirmed the tires, plus i called you earlier this morning just to double check if you still have it in stock and told you that i’ll be coming at 2pm.And Highlighting the “On Finance”, there’s nothing to do with you, if i’m buying on cash or with any other payment method. Because you guys offer that ZIP Nz option, i used that method to pay you.!!!Your staff, who was assisting to change the tires, he was the one who asked us to come inside and have a look at the tire condition, so please don’t try to make up things unnecessarily that we intentionally went inside.As a customer, i felt yours and your staff attitude very very wrong, if you guys did miscommunication still this is not how you will treat with your customers, just because my tires was already taken off and you guys didn’t left any option for me rather than buying your tire at your new price.

Great service from the guys at Tyre Busters. Got 4 near new Dunlop tyres for my CX-5 and a much needed wheel alignment for $600. The owner is a friendly guy that only imports the best 2nd hand tyres from Japan. Offered good advice on tyre pressure and alignments to ensure I get the best from my tyres.

Highly recommend. Service is fantastic and made sure I understood why I was being sold the tyre I was. Not just a sale but real personality. Good price too was a bonus.
