Phoebe does lovely make up. Just a pity my brow tattoos only lasted a week! I've had a lot of tattoos and I'm very good at after care. So after very carefully looking after my brows 90% of her work is gone, which puts new meaning to the term 'semi' permanent. I asked for dark brown or black to match what I already had but the brown used was far too light .Also the numbing cream didn't work at all which doesn't bother me but would if it was my eyelids being done ( I did say at the time it hadn't numbed me at all but Phoebe didn't respond to me when I mentioned it 3 times. I'm gutted, going to need to find another Artist to fix my brows but will be going through the lockdown with me botched brows. Perhaps the last 10% Will disappear in the next few day as well. Phoebe get more training from a tattoo artist.

I had my brows microbladed as well my upper eyelids had semi permanent tattooing 3 years ago. Phoebe is wonderful & very obliging. I’ve had my brows redone recently & also my lower lids with semi permanent tattooing. I’m extremely happy with the result.

Browns Bay is out of my way but after comparing prices I went ahead and booked for ombre brows.Im so glad that I did.Phoebe Beauty does a wonderful and careful job for much less than at a swanky salon! Make the effort to go there you wont be disappointed.

Phoebe did a wonderful job on fixing my eyebrows that had two colors because of someone else's failed job. Can definitely recommend her.

I had eyebrow microblading done. I asked for dark brown and the dye seemed much lighter but decided to trust the process since Phoebe said she had been doing this for 5 or so years. Fast forward to today a month later and it has all faded and you wouldn't know I had them done except my eyebrows are patchy like hair is missing and they seem to look worse somehow. I made a complaint and sent photos to phoebe and of course she wasn't able to give a refund but told me I needed to book In for a second session. Since I was not happy with the first result I did not feel comfortable allowing her to have a second attempt, so I refused. I will need to look elsewhere, so fingers crossed.This was my experience but I hope you have a better one.
