I waited in the reception for nearly 15 mins, made eye contact and was just flatout ignored, so i left. I went again another day and was assisted my Mac or Mark twice now and his service was as good as you can get and completely changed my previously annoyed perspective.

Came in at 10am to see if we could get a puncture repair done. He said he didn't have enough time for me at all for the whole day but he did have enough time for the walk in beside me who needed a new tyre.... will be needing 4 new tyres this year and definitely won't be coming here with any of my cars. Te rapa tyre centre 100m down the road was way busier and made time for me. Only had to wait 10 minutes for a 10 minute job. Will go there in future.

Tony's Tyre Service - Te Rapa
Tony's Te Rapa by tyre serviceman Mark recently realigned my tyres. While doing that he also identified a wheel attachment structural issue needing urgent repair for safety by a mechanic.He provided a video of the problem by phone. A separate mechanic elsewhere easily and quickly confirmed and repaired the issue. Thank you Mark for being so on-o-it with your skills. I am grateful.

I had a few jobs that needed done today. I also had other work that needed doing aswell but had planned those for another day. However when I came back to get the car the bro had did everything on my checklist. There was also another issue with the car and the boys went out of there way to sort it out when they did not have to. Really appreciate that. It was busy so understood they were managing there time between customers. Other then that this was probably the best service I've had in a long time. The manager was friendly and extremely helpful. Chur brother. Highly recommended.

The person I dealt with with condescending, rude and pushy! I believe it was just because I was a woman. He handed me a bit of paper and said give this to your partner. I advised my car my decisions!! Also didn’t even make it home before the tire pressure light came on.. you would think that they would be able to get that right? But I guess not! All round bad experience!
