Update (04/12/22): Received a call to discuss the situation and have been sent a refund to cover the cost of my frame repairs. Thank you for sorting this out, much appreciated! Happy to have the issue resolved now.Original review (Nov 22): Frames arrived chipped. Designer Frames asked me to get a quote for fixing them locally. After waiting for a week for their reply and following up, I was told they would send me replacement frames instead of covering the cost of a repair. These, too, arrived chipped. Had to get the first ones repaired/touched up locally and cover the cost myself. Pretty disappointed with how this situation turned out, as well as the poor communication throughout.

One of the best places in Auckland to get your work,art, pictures, anything framed. Stephen and the staff is amazing and super helpful and with loads of frame choices you will find something you love. Communication was fantastic and I even got my order ONE day earlier than what was promised!!! Also the quality of the workmanship is outstanding and Stephen made all my wishes came true with final frame detail!!! And prices are so reasonable that you can get heaps framed!! An amazing experience and I will definitely go back and recommend them to everyone!! Thank you so much

Stunning frame work with beautiful customer service and at an amazing price!I had a very unique piece of diamond art to be framed. It measures 930mm x 1130mm, the diamonds are essentially glued on, therefore it had to be treated with care.Stephen (staff member) gave a plethora of different framing options and shared his vast knowledge on how they can frame, due to its delicate nature. This was by far the best advice given. Most other companies had not dealt with this type of art before.He went above and beyond in terms of customer service and did not push for a hard sale.In terms of pricing it was one of the most competitive I came across in Auckland, (lots of ringing around prior to visiting framing places).It took two weeks. I got a text on the day saying it was ready to pick up and was ready on arrival.Overall an excellent experience! From friendly advice to a exceptional final piece. I would highly recommend dropping in for a chat with your art/memorabilia/photos.

Impressed with the prompt response with questions I had on custom framing for my family portraits. Stephen was awesome to deal with and I got my frames done quick and easy. Would definitely look him up for future framings!

Great experience with Designer Frames. I made a piece of art and realised in hindsight I needed a frame to suit. I contacted Designer Frames late on a Saturday evening (by email) and had a reply and quote back very promptly.I double and triple checked all my measurements and proceeded to order on the Monday. My custom frame arrived well packaged and in perfect condition on Wednesday. Thanks Stephen for your amazing service. A+++ would trade again!

I contacted Designer Frames on a Saturday afternoon and got a response within 30 minutes with a quote. They made the frame within two days and contacted me as soon as it was ready to pick up. Super impressed with the frame - couldn’t find a readymade panoramic frame but Designer Frames made one for me for a really affordable price. Would definitely use their services again!

Quick and professional outfit this team. Stephen is a great guy aswell, I couldn't of taken my poster to get framed anywhere better. If you're in Auckland and need something framed definitely consider here. You won't be disappointed.

I just received three frames I ordered online. The price was great and I'm super happy with the quality. The courier didn't seem to pay much attention to the big fragile sticker, but they were packaged so well it didn't matter. Highly recommended.
