How about sending me the blinds I ordered in September?! We have been getting the same response from the Hamilton store every time we ask where they are - “You’ll have them in two weeks”. Been saying that for three months now! Pathetic, amateur service from the staff there, especially the manager. Not holding out much hope of seeing them installed before Christmas at this rate. Useless.

I have contacted the store and the manager on numerous occasions, even Auckland head office still no response. Ordered my blinds and paid for in October, still haven’t received them and zero communication. Unbelievable!!!! It is now march 2022
