I have been very impressed with the service provided by Tank Goodness. The communication, price and professionalism has been second to none. I would highly recommend Tank Goodness to anyone looking for clean tanks in Hawkes Bay. I also really appreciated the tips Max was able to provide to help us keep them clean. 10/10!

We have to agree with all the other reviews - Max certainly deserves his universal 5 star rating! Our water supply was contaminated during the floods caused by cyclone Gabrielle (although it was possibly unfit to drink before then!). It took Max the best part of a day to clean and sterilise two old tanks and an underground sump, plus connecting pipe runs but he did a very thorough job and gave us a running commentary as the work progressed. Once it was done we received a full description of the work including photographs.Thank you so much Max! We could not be more pleased and have passed your details on to the Porangahau Country Club. I am also resolved to be more fastidious about maintaining the cleanliness of our rainwater in future.

Max was amazing, our tanks were in a major state. He spent a very long day getting through them all and scrubbing them until they looked brand new. Great service, provided a full report with a bunch of photos so we could see every step of the process. Absolutely the only guy for the job!!

Max and his team (family) have repaired two old comprised water tanks for us. From our first meeting we felt we were in the best hands possible. Max explained everything clearly and went over the pros and cons in fixing the 70 plus year old square concrete tanks with major cracks and in dire need of a clean. When we caught up with Max on the job site he always took the time to explain what was happening and the process. Upon completion Max sent great before and after photos showing the repairs, and his report included recommendations of how to maintain the water quality and care plans for the water collection hardware.Thanks to Max we now have sealed water tanks, that are beautifully cleaned holding good quality water. The tanks now have a new life and we expect many more years of service from them.Max and his wife in our opinion are knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and we highly recommend them and their services.Many thanks Graham and Annia

Max is awesome! The cleaning job he did on our tanks was incredible, our only regret was not calling him sooner! Excellent service, post clean report and has left our tanks looking brand new - this service is an absolute must if you’re living off tank water. Thanks Max!

I can’t recommend Max (Tank Goodness) highly enough. He responded immediately to our call about our rapidly leaking tank and from there it seemed more Max’s problem than ours. Clearly Max is very technically competent as the series of photos we received afterwards showed, from initial leakage through to solution/completion. On top of this, Max is a great communicator and we always knew what the situation was with an honest assessment and likewise next steps and the overall staging of the entire process. What looked like a nightmare about to unfold at first discovery became largely a non issue for us with the outcome of our 25 year old concrete tank being given an extended life; that beat a replacement solution hands down. I also believe Max provides good value; I would have also expected a higher price for the great service, effort and outcome we received.

I want to join many others in recommending Max and his services to anyone who needs tank and water cleaning services. I have absolutely nothing negative or critical to say about our recent experience with Tank Goodness after flood water caused us problems. Can’t recommend Tank Goodness enough! Brilliant service. We had some damage in the cyclone and our tanks were in a terrible state. Max sorted themout and provided us with a very detailed report on the current state and recommendations to remedy the problems.
