We had The House & Building Wash Company do a pre-paint exterior wash of our scout hall. They did a great job making it easy for our painting to be completed. Highly recommend them and will use them for other projects going forward

2 very polite and respectful guys turned up, we confirmed the instructions and they got straight into it. Herman & Joseph did a great job. Good company to deal with, did what they said & no surprises when they presented the invoice. Recommend

I knew nothing of this company and just walked up to them one day while they were on another job. The contractor immediately surveyed my property, gave a quote on the spot (very reasonable too, I thought). On the day, the work was executed efficiently and with care not to spray too much water through my ill-fitting old timber windows. The result is excellent, proven through the fact that I had real estate agents come knocking at the front door the very next day, something which hasn't happened for a long time.

Very happy with the house wash that Jeremy and Rex did - it all came up gleaming. Great communication with Michele in the office, too.

We are a gated community of 14 townhouses and this is the second time that we have used this company. They have once again done an amazing job, our houses look as though they have been freshly painted. The guys on the ground and the office staff are so helpful and efficient, we could not recommend them highly enough.

This company has earned its 5 stars. I'm delighted! Great communication from the office. Rhap arrived on time, 7.30am and got straight to work on my large house and front fence. A big job on his own but he powered through in 4 hours. Very polite and professional service.

Herman did a great job with the spider treatment and window cleaning. He was so patient with me as I was quite particular about the window cleaning as there were marks left below on the house the last time it was done. Everything looks great and we were so pleased with the job. We were so lucky to get it done before it rained. I would also like to thank Customer Services as they are always so lovely to talk to and very accommodating as I had to change the date due to the cyclone. We have been getting work done by The House & Building Wash Company for many years now and have also found them very professional and a great company to deal with. Thanks

Harold did a super job. He was so polite at all times, and listened carefully to our instructions around a couple of windows where we know we have some leaking. The job he did was just fantastic, and he obviously takes pride in his work ensuring it was done to the highest possible standard.The cleaning of our patio pergola was beyond expectations, you will probably need to charge us a bit more for that next time!!Please make sure our thanks are passed onto Harold, it’s tough out there to retain good staff so it’s always worth recognizing the great ones
