I love this shop. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is also a very good range of classes, fabric and haberdashery.

I thought the customer service was terrible. It was like the lady didn't want to be there. I heard so much good things about this shop but not so. I won't be going back.

I have been in this shop a handle of times over 10 years and every time I receive rudeness I went in the other day and ask for Acrylic wool saying my had rerecommended that she replied rudely you need to go to $2 dollars shops and then commented on the course she runs basically running down the course I was on, I then spoke to her at the counter only to have her ignore me and go on her phone you don't deserve customer it can't be a coisident that you are rude every time I come in I have since spoke to others they say thd same, you should be careful people are transient and move you need new customers how dare you be so snobby to me you don't even know me. you said no one uses acrylic well everywhere eles I have been do especially for babies blanket, I would not go in there again if ypu were the last store around, no doubt you will come up with dome pathetic reply

Great selection & quality products also fantastic knowlegable service. So easy to find everything and much quicker than wandering down many aisles when in larger places. Makes your buying sooo easy!

The service is good and prompt. However, the amount and variety of yarn is poor. You would think, in Winter, they'd have shelves loaded with lots of yarn. However, there were many empty shelves and not much on offer the previous few times I've visited. In retail, shops are more enticing and more money is spent when the shelves are stacked with bright and colourful product (e.g. Holland Road Yarn)

Awesome range of fabrics, good assessories, the staff are friendly and offer great advice. A bit pricey but well worth it for every sewing projects.
