The last couple of times I have visited, a lovely staff member has not only done the petrol filling for me, but has cleaned my front and back windows while I was paying. The service desk staff are always friendly and informative about good days to stack or use with my flybuys petrol savings too. This just really makes for a nice experience. It’s made my dreary day today.

It's on a really busy road with a central median. Access is only available for traffic heading south. The forecourt is large and covered, with plenty of pumps. When I visited there was an attendant on the forecourt, offering to fill tanks and authorising the pumps to be taken off prepay.The shop is fairly big for a gas station, with the usual range of goods. The area between the forecourt and the shop is not covered, so when it is raining (like today) you get wet.

Caltex on the way out of town Hillcrest there are roadworks so take your time coming in but it's well worth pulling into fill up.We noticed a clean 4 quart no queues with easy access fast service I filled up.looks like thay have a really nice car wash system.

Called in at the start of a long journey to check the car and top up the tank. Coffee was good and counter staff friendly. Inconveniently toilet unavailable. Forecourt service was appalling. Was deliberately ignored when signaling for help. Then when I finally got the older gentleman's attention, to ask for water, he simply said no. I asked excuse me? He said the cans keep getting stolen and simply walked off. Awful attitude and a terrible experience.

Stop frequently on way home ...good coffee hot yummy pies, pleasant staff....only downfall toilet could go with some work
