Order was delivered with missing items. Staff need to check their orders before sending them out! 2 large shakes missing, wouldn't normally complain but they were $14.20 for both together and for other drinks we ordered straws were missing and one drink has no flavour. Very annoying. Tried calling. They keep hanging up.

We haven't had burger King in quite awhile. Was in the mood for their Creamy mayo cheeseburgers, our favorite. However there wasn't enough sauce on, that's okay though. Staff are friendly and service is quick, and on point.

Went thru drive thru had a lovely experience with the person behind the speaker, paid for my meal and ate in the carpark as was in a hurry the Hawaiian bk chicken was lovely but the rodeo looked a little bit flat, chips were hot an amazing nicely salted but the soft drink was warm

I find it strange reading bad reviews on this BK. I find this the best one I visit in Christchurch. The food is quick and always hot. The staff are friendly and the place is spotless.Many that leave reviews describing the place a mess must realize these are fast food places and most of the clientele that come in and make a mess 5 minutes after its been cleaned. Its not the place it is the people. They just eat, get up and walk out living the tables a mess not even thinking of placing their waste in the bins for the next person sitting at the table.

Arrived about 9:50 pm, approached counter to order but was rudely told by the Filipino girl behind the counter they close in 2 min so I can't dine in, which wasn't my intentions at all... as I walked in another staff member was moping the floor I tried my best to walk where she had not mopped but only to be met with a death stare! Followed by what I can only guess as it was in Filipino a cuss word and they proceeded to laugh so clearly they were talking about me.Absolutely appalled! My food was thrown into the bag chips weren't even in the chip packet but all at the bottom of the bag!!!If you don't like customer service jobs don't do them it's pretty simple!!

Ordered two salad burgers, both of the burgers were not fresh , it was soggy and doesn’t taste good as it was having minimum sauce. Spoke to Manager about it and he hung up the phone without listening the issue properly.
