My experience with my sales person has been disappointing having ordered a Brand new car, with all the extras , Him calling me to say they car was ready to find with NO roof racks which I had ordered and paid for, was told they would be fitted on 1st service, only to arrive and be handed a Quote for them!!! I asked for a refund and got one and suggested he did his homework on his clients before he offended more customers. My cars blue tooth is Faulty and has been form day one, I kept being told to reset everything, and was suggested it was my phone, so have brought a new phone and still have the same issues, nearly one year on and I still have no blue tooth, Decided to write this review and see if I get some action. I actually cannot fault the service dept., they are very caring about what's happening to me. I feel like they are getting as frustrated as me. I still don't have the car that I paid for all the extra's and safety features, Its put me off ever buying a KIA ever again

Car was serviced and valet.Service was good.However free Valet was very poor inside the car. Dust still on dashboard.Left me wondering if interior of car had been groomed at all.

Quick and easy warranty work on the car, friendly service, what's not to like

Alas! Not a review for buying a new car hashtagsadface, but one for a few years of servicing my existing trusty steed. It's a trustworthy team. Book in advance, they do get busy, but manage to squeeze me in when something urgent arises.

We bought a new KIA in 2021 in West Auckland & have since moved to The BOP.Our first experience with TMC was not pleasant, nor what we expected, however this time their service, willingness to help - customer care went beyond all expectations. The people on reception were cheerful, happy to help out and generally made the experience very reassuring.I recommend the team at TMC as being professional, courteous and eager to help.

Great sales man Allen showed us various possibilities and was amazing.

Was in the final negotiations to buy a car, had more than half deposit and financing had been approved then they sold it to someone! else no integrity or honest dealings to be found here. Shody shady despicable I'd give you minus 5 stars if I could
