Easy start to end. I found Nicholas and his crew by looking at reviews. The entire process was easy from the first email enquiry to the sale of my property. Nicholas or one of the team are quick to respond and patient with questions. They are on top of the details and incredibly helpful arranging everything from key handover and walkthrough on the investment property I'm selling to valuation and lawn service for the property while it was on the market.I live in Wellington and am so grateful to have them handling the whole process for me without ever having to leave home.

Nicholas delivered in a tough market. Nicholas had our property on his books through a tough time, just before Christmas 2022, over the quiet Jan 2023 period then Feb when interest finally picked up. Nicholas managed to somehow draw the best offers from potential purchasers to bring to us which resulted in a sale via a backup offer when the original offer fell over.
