I'd never ordered blinds before, and looked at a few different sites for comparisons. I chose Rods and Blinds for ease of ordering first and foremost - 'why I should have front or back rolling' etc. the site answered any questions I had, price was excellent, great communication throughout the process and I received an excellent product, with great packaging and delivery. I will be ordering more from them.

This is our second order with Rod and Blinds. They have great quality blinds (we chose Venetian) at a very competitive rates. Ordering online was a breeze, with plenty of tips and advice on a simple to follow website. Communication from R&B was just right. The blinds were delivered nicely packed and protected. Easy to install, and they look great. What more could you want?

We were hesitant to order blinds online, but after getting some quotes from other companies, realised it was good value. We ordered all the samples prior to deciding and this was helpful as colours online are never accurate. We settled on the light filter blinds, as they offer some privacy, but look good from both sides. They were so easy to install and look great. Rods and Blinds are methodical in their approach to making and sending blinds, they were well packaged and labelled, taking out any guess work when fitting similar sized blinds. Overall, we are extremely happy and we will be buying more for the rest of the house soon.

AMAZING SERVICE & VALUE FOR MONEY TOP QUALITY BLINDS.Ordered the blinds online, they hit the top 3 keys of business:Price was very competitive and cheaper than big retailersQuality is excellent and nice to have a custom fit & the customer service was great with clear communicationsTime - the items were dispatched literally in days as opposed to competitors who had a few weeks wait time. Upon recommendation from a friend, that had used Rods and Blinds, we ordered Dual blinds. We received them yesterday and love them.I loved being able to order sample materials so I could see how they would look in our house. The ordering process was easy and I liked that everything is very customisable at each step.The sunscreen blind (10% openness) has given us a lot more privacy from the neighbours than we expected, considering we can see fine looking from the inside out.The blinds came well packaged and were very easy to install. We absolutely love them.I would highly recommend Rods and Blinds to anyone considering getting blinds.
