Aerial Solutions BOP

Jason has been looking after us for 7 or 8 years. From Sky aerials and UHF, or is it VHF or both? He checked the new house when I couldn't work out the multiple connections and he's helped set multiple tv's at 2 different houses.I make a call, he turns up when he says he will, listens to the problem and fixes it. He's extremely pleasant to work with, he could give lessons on exceeding a customer's expectations. Heck, I don't even mind paying the bill LOL

Thanks for a great job. And he went the extra mile fixing one problem over the phone and then when he came to fix the aerial he took down the aerial not in use as it was loose. Very much appreciated.Fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Have left messages with their call center 3 times now in the last month, have had no return call. Presumably they simply do not want the business, which concerns me to the quality of work they would do if they took it.Won't be trying to call a 4th time.

I used Jason to mount a tv on a wall at my daughters place. I had to continually chase him up as he did not reply to messages and when I did manage to talk to him he never kept his word on returning communications. Most disappointed in lack of response. Even after the job was done and I was promised that a plate cover that was missing would be dropped off within the next day or two I had to chase that up repeatedly also. The job had left the aerial cable plug at least two inches visible from behind the tv. Every wall mounted tv I have seen and have had done you would not see anything visible. Jason lost his drill bit inside the wall and struggled to retrieve it. In my experience with Jason I would advise you to save yourself a headache and use someone else.

We live in Te Puke, spoke with Jason and the team from Aerial Solutions, great products, service, price and knowledge, they were there on time and very professional. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service, nothing is a problem for Jason. Rang him with the problem in the morning and he had it sorted out same day and we are in a different area code. Highly recommended by myself and my family

Made an appointment withJason to check my arial at berween 12 and 2pm a week ago ,supplied address phone all particulars ,waited for him arrive or ar least phone never heard back again.would not recommend.

Should’ve just gotten some rabbit ears from The Warehouse...Paid $250 to get a (basic) tv connection, but I get nothing without any internet connection...They wanted almost $500 for a satellite dish to be installed to a cabin...

Great service! Jason came around the same night we called him and had everything fixed within half an hour (our satellite dish and Freeview box had been taken out by lightning -- he had all the replacement parts in his van). Very nice guy (our cat loved him), didn't try to upsell" us to stuff we didn't need. Highest recommendation"
