Unethical and incompetent company. Do not deal with Linda, she cannot keep accurate records and mismanaged my property to the point it had to be rebuilt entirely. Ignore all the fake reviews from the company employees and friends, I'd strongly recommend AVOIDING Ray White entirely.

We listed our house for sale with Stu because we found him skilled and helpful as buyers. That turned out to be a very good decision because it quickly became clear that Stu is committed, knowledgeable, efficient and always available. He got our property listed and sold over a holiday period when virtually no-one else was working. He is unfailingly pleasant and professional, can think outside the square and has connections across the industry which mean that things simply work smoothly for everyone. We recommend him without reservation and would list with him again.

Linda Bellinger is the BEST property manager that you can ever get. She always gives a months notice for inspections, she's kind and she is so lovely to talk to. She made it so easy to sign our tenancy and when we need anything she's just a text away and it is fixed and sorted within the day or if not the next day. I highly recommend Linda and Ray white in general. If I ever need to move I will definitely be trying to work with her again and will definitely be going with Ray white.
