I was going to buy a 8k car this morning, the guy through the phone sounded being bothered with a few questions about the car, kept calling me bro bro, all the bad review are true than

-5 stars!!! Brought a vehicle from these people May last year. Must have been the year and month for stuff ups these guys had because of other reviews ive seen. They claimed they put new 20 tyres on the rims. A week later the rear tyres were bald. One week!!! So

Garry the superstar, nice person.. he take care all my doubts concerns about buying a new car, especially buying a hybrid car.. I would like to maintain this friendship though out my car ownership... I will recommend vehicle direct to my friends also..

Is there a chance of doing no stars? Don’t trust Garry or his mechanic. Sold me a faulty car. Made excuses well they were “fixing it” only to find out later it was to hold off fixing so they could claim warranty though my name at Mazda. DONT TRUST THEM!! Try emailing them they don’t respond!!! Only to Calls so there is no paper trail!!

They have nice used cars ! The price is good! But they are not active!they dont give early delivery of cars!

Update:Refund have been sorted out finally anyway.They are DISHONEST and NEVER trust them and their 5 star reviews. I tried to buy a Mazda CX-5 from them. They advertised this car on Trademe and said 'Put down $500 refundable deposit to hold it for yourself'. And I comfirmed it's refundable before I paid them $500 deposit. But after that, I found this model has a common issue which is the coolant leaks into the engine cylinders. Mazda NZ and AU had recalled the model in March 2020 for this reason. And I found this issue has shown up in the CX-5 I was trying to buy, the coolant bottle was empty, and the engine oil was way higher than the maximum. Because this issue has appeared and damages the engine. So I talked to the manager Garry said I couldn't have this car, and he agreed to refund my money. I texted Garry every 1 or 2 days about the money back, he said already processed. 10 days passed, the money never show up. Will find help from Disputes Tribunal. BTW, they advertised this car has ' Like New Tyre', but actually the all four tyres were badly cracked and worn. They are DISHONEST and NEVER trust them and their 5 star reviews. I work in Papakura, and will tell everyone not buy from them.
