I recently had an eye test at Oscar Wylee, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Mr. Lobo was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. He was patient, attentive and provided excellent customer service. The eye test was thorough and accurate, and I left feeling confident in my prescription.The staff at Oscar Wylee were also friendly and helpful especially the amazing and patient lady at the front, making the overall experience even better. The store had a great range of frames to choose from, and the lady helped me find the perfect pair that suited my style and needs.I highly recommend Oscar Wylee for anyone in need of an eye test or new glasses, and especially Mr. Lobo for his exceptional service and expertise. Optometrist was great. Good service, I felt very relaxed.I DID think that the counter staff - in particular a young man - could dress with more professionalism. Remembering, we are spending around $600. Someone in a tracksuit-type zip-up jacket and a sweat-band around his head…I think more pride and consideration of the price-points would be a good thing

Had a great eye check with Gabriel, thorough, talkative, informative and very patience. He was also great with little children, my son really enjoyed his eye exams. Jabez was really patient and super helpful helping me find an awesome frame that fits my face perfectly, he was also great at explaining the pricing.

Best eye test experience ever. Highly recommend them. The optometrist Gabriel was amazing and so informative. They even squeezed in an eye test for my daughter after mine. Amazing service and great glasses at great prices. Thank you Gabriel for a great experience not just for me but also both my girls.

Best Customer Service experience from both the optometrist and shop assistant were the most amazing people. I must have tried on every pair of glasses in the shop and she was so patient. I am so excited for my new glasses to arrive. Couldn't be happier

Awesome experience, great range of frames, really helpful staff that gave great advice in a no-pressure environment. Gita, the optometrist was excellent and explained all the tests and what she was doing. Came away with 2 sets of glasses and a set of sunnies for a great price. Never going back to Specsavers.

Had a great eye test session with the optometrist. He is knowledgeable and performed a detailed test, patiently. The staff were kind and helpful. They have a wide variety of frames and sunglasses as per latest trends and overall I had a great experience. Definitely recommend them over other brands!
