We bought a short last week, we paid and left, got home and they left the tag on it, so we had to travel back to them to remove the tag, they didn't apologize for it at all, to me it's waist of time and petrol and money, surely they can do better than that, poor customer service.

Pretty bad service here. Staff are disinterested in helping. The one in Queensgate has amazing service though.

The opening hours aren’t correct (Google says 6pm) and have even turned up twice at 5:25 to pick up a purchase and the doors were already closed.

I went into the store yesterday. There were no other customers but me. Two stuff members were yelling across the store. I approached one and I started explaining the type of pants that I was after and the other stuff member came and interrupted me... they started talking and then she turned back to me and said sorry. She seem very bother and not wanting to help me. I then explain the type of jeans I wanted and she said well just read the labels, it depends how tall you are... I then said well would you guide me to some? And the pointed at the one I was holding. Anyways , she was rude and very unhelpful.

The staff at the Wellington branch are so attentive. I’m afraid I didn’t get her name but I believe it was the manager who was so helpful in looking for the right size and jeans for me. She also advised me on different styles to try. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for jeans in the Wellington area

Went in to find some jeans for work, and the person who helped me was so lovely and knowledgeable. They took the time to help me find what I needed which I really appreciated. A no judgement, friendly environment, and some great new jeans too; what more can you ask for? Unfortunately I didn't catch their name but a huge thanks to them and the rest of the staff! Cheers heaps
