We have just finished building our second home with Andrew Duff Architectural, once again a top job in designing our beautiful home. We enjoyed working with Andrew and one of the biggest things I really appreciated was that he listened to my many ideas, and helped to put them into the house. Nothing was ever to difficult. Highly recommend! A++ service

We have used Andrew's service twice now. Originally for a large shed and garage with sleepout. The second and most recent was to convert the garage into a minor dwelling. On both occasions, Andrew asked the right questions to understand what we were looking to achieve, communicated openly and honestly about the process and costs involved and included specialists when required to ensure the plans submitted to council were accepted without issue. Our most recent build included fire rating walls due to the proximity of the minor dwelling to the main house. To quote what the builder said It is a long time since I had a build go so smooth and without any council inspectors having an issue
