I came maybe a month ago now for a weekender special, the tan had been sprayed too close it seemed as there were overlapping lines of wet tan that just sat on the skin, eyebrows were amazing and then came the lash lift. The lash lift had been left on too long and had curled my eyelashes all the way around, I had contacted a week after to ask for advice and have still received no reply in regards to this which is simply not good enough. This lash lift has resulted in my eyelashes still not being back to what they were before and has left them falling out aswell.

I went in today to 'relax' after a very stressful day. Went to get my eyebrows and lashes done, which I was very excited for. I walked in and none of the girls said anything to me, and then throughout my whole service the lady didn't talk to me. I love SKT and haven't had any issues at any of the other stores. However, this experience was not pleasant at all.

I got an eyelash lift at SKT Riverside earlier this year. The girl was friendly enough and, I thought, good service until I got to my car and realised she had sent me on my way with my lower lashes lifted up. Yes - lower lashes lifted up. A burn developed on my lower lid too. The issue only got worse when I raised it with the area manager and then owner who both defended their operation. The owner also tried to coerce me into making my sister retract her review of the business. He suggested he would refund me if she took her review down.Poor outcome, injury, time following up and poor follow-through.

Went in to get a tan done come out and my tan was looking abit green and between my chest was really dark patch and the next day had a shower and the patch went to my normal color skin so I had a big circle on my chest and other lines down my legs. I do not recommend this place for tanning seems like they don't know what they are doing.

Yana was sooo lovely and did a fantastic job of my tan!! So thorough and made sure to check everything was perfect :) I would definitely recommend and will be returning.

I saw Heather today for a spray tan, I took advantage of the $8 online vouchers and shouted my cousin a tan aswell (normally $20 each).I have always been hesitant to get a spray tan because I am a very pale skinned redhead.Jasmine and Heather gave me some fantastic advice on which colour to select and how soon to wash it off and I am really happy with the end result! I was worried I would look orange, or the combination of my hair colour and tanned skin tone simply wouldn't look right, but I have been very pleasantly surprised.Thank you very much ladies!

Tan turned out good however the two women working were rude and it felt like i was an inconvenience, that didn’t bother me however it we was me having to listen to them whilst I was redressing; mock and disrespect a client I presume was seen earlier in the day about her preferences and requests regarding her spray tan.Poor service, unhappy staff and the tan isn’t anything special? Good price though so 2/5

The girls in Sydenham branch are great, I would recommend getting a double coat when getting a spray tan it turns out a nice color and stays on for about a week ❤️
