Annette Headland from Nebulite Auckland is most unfriendly and out of character person. Her rudeness with paying customers is unbelievable. Bought some joinery and she sends us the wrong invoice, upon contacting the office she re-sends the same invoice and starts arguing.Not a good company to deal with, being a family business seems like the management is full of ego,Deal with this company at your own humiliation, because Nebulite Auckland is never wrong, the customers are always wrong.Read other historic reviews below, shame on them

For a company that touts expertise in delivering the right window solution for every project, our experience with the whole process has been far from it. When you are dealing with customers who are not experts on windows, you should probably make sure they truly understand what they will be getting as a finish before you are halfway through the install. The followup on outstanding issues after the job has been paid for has been very poor. I would not recommend sorry.

Unfortunately my experience was not good . I tried the new Smart Fit windows and never again out of 36 windows 36 had issues of one kind or another. The biggest problem with smart fit is they are fixed from the outside so you have no adjustment, hence when jib then arcatraves are fitted there are gaps varying from 2 mm to 6 mm. Also the service from Neverright was far from great . I would estimate smart fit with all the extra work needed took twice as long to fit.

Kev has been most helpful. He wasn't just trying to sell me windows. He advised me due to the construction of my house, the installation costs will be more expensive than others, and to get a quote for the installation before ordering the windows. True enough, builder came and quoted. And Kev was absolutely right.

I have just had my windows installed by Nebulite and they look great. David took the time to go through all our questions, and went through all our options with us before we committed to anything so we knew exactly what we were getting. The install happened when they said it would, even when I had a last minute change of mind on an entry window. The house is so much warmer and quieter. Great service. Great product.

The communication of this company resulted in us not receiving the finish we thought we were getting-as was in all the pictures we were shown. We were made to pay extra for their measuring mistakes, as a female they wouldn't communicate with me even when it was my specifications they were trying to achieve, and the resulting finish and damage caused were below the standard for the amount we paid. I do not recommend working with this company.

Would be no star if the option was there.Asked them two weeks ago to come and measure up. Have'nt heard a thing. How lazy! Gone with Rylock -great service. Avoid Nebulite!!!
