Bad customer service, no politeness. Food quality is unacceptable. Not interested in the subway anymore. Incapable staff and working like they are in the party at home. Food looks like animal food. Dry and not cut appropriately.

This is the worst subway ever. These guys have no idea how to make a sandwich. Salad requested missing, totally dry and old bread, not enough sauce, not even for the taste. Never go to this one, you will be disappointed.

This subway is the worst. Online order ignored, notes ignored and time of pick up ignored. Seriously soggy, as it was made way a head of pick up time. No communication/acknowledgment from staff upon arrival. Dirty internally, no quality assurance and absolutely rude!! Ignored specific dietary needs.

Worst ever. Staff are so incredibly rude and have barely any salad so a very bare sub was what we were given by end with no heads up while ordering at start.

Regular customer to the manukau branch, every time I visit they are sold out of smoothies for the past few weeks. They tell me this without checking (all flavors sold out).For example this week:6th - no stock7th - able to order any flavor - different staff on8th - no stockGood food, disappointing service.

Food was normal like all other subways, I was just disappointed staff said you can't dine in here. We don't allow anyone to dine inside. Had to go eat in the car at Manukau Great South Rd subway.

Worst Subway experience EVER. We ordered a chicken strips foot long and found a small fly in the chicken. Soo disgusting. We asked for a refund but the staff said no refund because the store manager wasn’t in the store. They said they would email it but after a week it still hadn’t came. So we went back to the store and asked again for a refund. The staff said they could only refund half of the price because we ate half of the foot long. I’ve never heard such a ridiculous response. Over all the staff were very impatient and even though normally we love subway we will never go back to that subway ever again.

I bought a Chicken strip Salad today I'm so disgusted to see that server was trying to be super stingy with the salad quantity, it looked as if she was counting the number of spinach leaves/grated carrot pieces while adding it to the container. They had very few salad options anyways. I'm unsure if the Manager or owner is dictating the quantity to the staff or Raj decided to be very stingy with the quantity herself. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this mentality. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS SUBWAY. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
