Moving South. We had the pleasure of dealing with Judy after making the decision to relocate from the North to the South Island. She kept us up to date with properties available in the area on a regular basis. After months of emailing back and forth we were finally able to meet Judy in person to view some properties. She went out of her way to assist us and likewise with any of the follow-up information we requested making the experience a far less daunting one from such a distance. Sold in under a month! Cara and Dee took us to auction, they advised the best marketing plan and we had two bidders compete on the day. We didn’t quite reach the reserve, but once we priced the property on C&D’s advice we were sold unconditionally a day or two later to one of the bidders.While our agents were selling, a certain other company still has half a dozen or so for sale signs which were there before we hit the market!
