We were approached right away by a young lady, I mentioned we both needed new phones and the only phone I know about is the Huawei P30 Pro, and I enjoyed using it so was considering the P40 but it doesn't have Google.She asked if I'd tried The Warehouse.I'm confused, I'm here looking as 2 degrees has been my provider for the last decade. But okay, we press on and visit the Samsung Flagship models.She says these are all much more expensive and their batteries don't last very long.I'm confused again, we just sold a house for over a million dollars, what's expensive to her and to me are different things and as far as I know, these have the biggest batteries on the market. I said I wanted a phone with a great camera, so take me to one! So disappointing, if this young lady had been trained at ALL, she would have just taken us to the phone with the best camera, gave us some options, outright or on a plan and sold us two phones. Now we're still looking for new phones and will have to visit the partners provider and see if they have more helpful staff. Hope the feedback helps.

I was disappointed to learn that my wife was turned away this afternoon when she went in for technical assistance. We have purchased 2 x phones from this store and we both have 2 degrees pre-pay plans. My wife works at the Mall and it was an easy option to seek assistance however the young female assistant wasn't prepared to provide any advice whatsoever. Thankfully the problem was solved by the friendly and obliging assistant at the store that sells phone covers.I'll be wary of 2 degrees going forward. It seems they're just like the other Telecommunications companies after all!

Went in to change over from another phone company to these guys. Ben was relatable, helpful and competent. Got me sorted in minimal time with no hassles.

Find the service here not that great. 1st experience inquiring about a phone they didn't have but said it would be available in a few days and would phone me 3 months later still waiting have since brought it somewhere else.2nd I went in last week inquiring about the price for another phone that was on special for new customers. I askedIf there was any sort of discount for existing customers. I was told no and that was that.

Unbelievable excellent service. Helped us choose a phone and expertly set it up for us while we waited. Like old fashioned service but so very tech savvy. Thanks 2 Degrees bayfare. Highly recommended

Extremely rude large male obviously not having a nice day. Did not even offer any possibilities as to why phone is overheating. Kept telling me to send phone away at own cost. When i asked him if he had any idea at all as to cause he had none to offer and i asked him if they would replace it with one that does not overheat so badly he got very loud and defensive and said in a sarcastic tone of course not! When i responded saying i had know someone who DID get their phone replaced for overheating. He said my phone is four years old so even if they were replacing faulty phones in the past they werent doing it now. I went on to ask if he was absolutely sure about that and with that he got abusive in a store full of people and literally yelled at me saying i was accusing him of lying about it. I replied calmly saying i had not accused him of anything. I was just looking for answers and help. He then repeated his loud abuse at me. I was a 62 year old lady being yelled at in a store right next to the food eating area with lots of people listening to his loud, abusive rant. He needs to be replaced. Bad exp!

Be careful.they will not refund money to you, when they say they will.Additional information:I have been there to clear this up, and they said they would not do the refund. It's actually not even a refund..it is using my money from one number to my other number. It was a most disappointing response. I have brought them customers. Been loyal to the, and they take $17 from me. Not much ,I know, but it is still my money!

Fantastic service. Had purchased a new Samsung, and needed to transition sim card (as is was a different size), contents etc from my old phone. $5 later and a new SIM was loaded, they then kindly downloaded the Samsung apps and completed transition of everything else on my phone will I did my shopping - some of the best service I've had recently. Thanks, you were great :)

Had the best service purchasing my new phone today even though its such a busy time they went out of there way to set everything up and change everything over.So impressed with the service thanks so much very helpful.
