Absolutely disgusting customer service and appaling ethics. There was an officious manager whose last priority was customer service or customer care. Every other storage service I have used offered part repayments for time not used. Not these ripoff merchants. They should be ashamed of themselves. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

amazing staff, but I had some mold damage on my furniture and some things were missing from my unit. Unhappy about that but the pricing was amazing and Danny was very good to deal with.

Excellent service from these guys. It is an extremely professional and robust operation. The unit was presented in a clean state; the entire place is kept very clean and tidy. Pricing is competitive and their systems ensure a smooth running of the operation. When the need next arises, we will use them again.

Excellent customer service.Application Process is user friendly.Affordable storage rates range from $67 - $120 monthly plus $20+ one off admin fee and optional $10 for contents insurance. Trailers and movers available for hire and lots of packing accessories to chose from at own cost.Storage is very clean, cool in the summer and security secure.

Great secure dry and safe storage with easy 24 hour access. Only shame is that courtesy trailer hire is no longer an option.

DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR OF THESE ARROGANT WOMEN. Disgusting nosy intrusive woman wanted to know how I would get the stuff there.

Has hidden costs they expect you to pay. Charged card with no invoice. Just in the nature of the way my card is set up for online payments the payment got declined. First thing I new about it was an email saying I have to pay this Fine" of sorts due to a failed auto payment attempt. No Invoice
