Staff here are so lovely and inviting and gentle with the animals. They always greet the animals as they come in as they do customers. They are very helpful when your after something for a specific purpose.

Helpful staff with their limited knowledge of the aquatics, one of the fish really looked ill when I released it but with some careful treatment has come through. It was a female and I had pointed out a male. Assistant admitted she did not like that section and I did feel sorry for the fish as they were pounced on" with her net. Luckily none were injured. No stress zyme or similar was added to the bag with them in it."

Wish I could rate higher, our dog baby was in a freak accident in Gisborne and after spending one night here we made the decision to travel him over, where he received the absolute best care was X-ray and operated on asap. Was definitely worth the trip over and I would do it all again. Most caring, skilled staff couldn’t recommend anymore

Great advice and options for elderly dog with failing eyesight, arthritis and full bloodwork, and urine analysis. Worth the drive from Opotiki for this level of care. Local vets have lost a customer..
