I don’t normally write reviews but I have been buying Nicole Rebstock shoes for years and wanted to share how great they are.They are my absolute favourite shoes! I have never been to another shoe store that has such a consistently excellent range of styles. You can tell that a lot of time is taken to design a quality ensemble of shoes, rather than some of the tacky styles in other stores.The quality of these shoes are excellent and the shop assistants are very helpful with giving instructions on how to care for your shoes over the years. I’ve had a wonderful pair of suede nemesis pumps for over 4 years and following the instructions of the shop assistants, they are in fabulous condition!I would throughly recommend Nicole Rebstock shoes for everyone. I’m in my 20s and I love them and I know women in their 70s who love them!You will be investing in quality and looking very stylish whilst doing so!

The comfiest work shoes I’ve ever owned and I still receive so many compliments on them. The staff at Commercial Bay are always friendly and have great knowledge of the shoes. Can’t wait for my next pair!!

My experience from shopping Nicole Rebstock shoes was a pleasant and comfortable one. I believe that what makes a good impression of a brand is their prompt customer engagement and I can say that the Nicole Rebstock has got that down!At the Commercial Bay store, I received useful styling advice for my shoes that was relevant to my wardrobe and that made me excited to be able to see my outfits come to life with the right shoes.As a matter of fact, I have bought shoes online for a last minute event. They shipped out the shoes on the same day of my order and I received it the next day right on my doorstep!These shoes are beautifully crafted, I have worn them at work for long hours and taken them out on nights out and they have served me well and will continue too. I will continue to support this brand. :)

Very disappointing experience with purchasing shoes from Nicole Rebstock. I love good quality shoes and purchased two pairs within a very short time frame.In just over 5 months, the embellishment on one pair broke. When I contacted customer service I was advised that I would need to pay for the repair. It was suggested that I had caused the problem which I categorically denied.Whilst I reminded the customer service person of the remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees legislation, I was still told I had to pay for the shoe to be fixed. I also asked for someone else to contact me and was told she was the only person available to make the decision.This issue could have been fixed very easily by the retailer rather than them losing a customer who would have continued to buy shoes from them.I recommend you tread very carefully with this company.

We were at commercial bay looking for some shoes for a wedding shoot. Popped into NR at commercial bay on a Sunday arvo and a lovely lady was so patient and gave us such great tips. I even had my dress with me and she let me get changed and try shoes on to make sure I was happy with my look! 100% great quality shoes and 100% customer service! Have since bought a second pair!

From their reputation and the price of their shoes, I made the assumption that Nicole Rebstock would be good quality shoes that would last a decent length of time. The sole started to come apart approximately 2.5 months after I bought them, and 1.5 months after I started wearing them.For context, I bought my shoes end of December 2020, and first starting wearing them when I was back in the office beginning of February 2021. They are 95% of the time worn indoors on carpet and tiles, as I have other shoes for coming to and from work, and probably were worn on average 3 days a week. I would say they were treated very well.In March the sole on one of them started to come away. I took them in for repair and they said ‘they would repair them for free – this time’. An attitude that kind of put my back up at the time, but I let it go. Then in the beginning of May, perhaps 6 weeks after the first repair, the sole started to come away again. Very disappointing that the repair also failed, but what was more disappointing was their poor customer service. I took them in and they said I may have to pay for the repair and they would get someone to look at them. I asked what about repairing them under warranty, to which they replied they had no warranty. I clarified I meant under the Consumer Guarantees Act which states items should last for a reasonable amount of time. We left it at that they would be inspected and I would be given a call back.They then called me and said I would need to pay for the repair and tried multiple times to pin the blame on me, that I must have been misusing the shoes in some way - for example by kicking something under my desk. I didn’t agree with this and requested that a manager call me, which they did - almost a week later - leaving a message on my phone that I would still have to pay for the repair and that the shoes would be ready to pick up soon. They had gone and carried out the repair without my agreement, a repair they were expecting me to pay for. I did not want to pay for the repair, and not for one that I hadn’t agreed to. They finally agreed that I could pick up my repaired shoes without paying for the repair but strongly implied that I was not to return.I picked these up on Friday evening, and wore them for the first time the following Tuesday. Half-way through the day, I noticed the sole had started to come away already after not even a full day of wear.I don’t want to put myself through the stress of dealing with their staff again and will not be taking them back for repair for a third time. I found them very unpleasant to deal with and don’t trust the quality of their shoes or repairs. This was my first time purchasing from Nicole Rebstock and it was an incredibly disappointing experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.Note I don't enjoy posting negative reviews, and waited for 2 days to be fair so I didn't give a kneejerk reaction review, but I still felt the same so here we are.

First time ever I post a review on google but Nicole's shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have very sensitive feet and skin and usually always get blisters with new shoes, but not with Nicole's ones, even heels! 100% comfort, 100% style
