McDonald's Lambton Quay
Coffee had no coffee, just sugar, chocolate and milk. Perhaps a hot chocolate was made instead but McDonald's has a habit of doing this so perhaps not. More coffee in our coffee please.

Well sized McDonald's store located in the centre of the shopping district.Standard features including counter service and table, Cafe, internet ordering.Elevator to the first floor that is taken up with the McDonald's.Large, well spaced dining area with large bay windows overlooking the street below.Public and disabled toilets / rest rooms located inside. Is a wheel chair friendly facility. Has free WIFI.Located near other fast food / short order type restaurants/ outlets

The worst maccas ever! Been there twice. Second time was just to give it another chance. Chips are old and stale. Chicken nuggets were a soggy crispy, no fizz in the drinks.You don't even deserve to own a maccas. It's expensive to buy kids a treat. You want us to pay big so you can serve less than bare minimum.

The restaurant was very quiet but broken escalator didn't help attract customers.Once inside the floors we're sticky and overall the place was just not very clean.Food was as you expect from mcdonalds but with a restricted menu which was disappointing.

Worst Maccas I've ever been to! Hubby ordered hotcakes and they were cold. They replaced them.Went to drink my coffee (flat white) and it's two thirds full and full of foam. More foam than any McCafe Latte I have ever had. Disappointing!

I went there on Sunday 12:30pm. The place was disgusting, all rubbish bins overflowing, muck on the floor, and tables. The staff were not interested in working, walking around at snails pace, and very slow service. Most machines were not working, so i had to queue for ages just to place an order. Barista coffee was luke warm, and food was cold.

Orderd a double quarter pounder, which was put together well. Succulent, with ample cheese. Fries, fresh, salty but not too salty. Atmosphere was jovial, yet professional. Highly recommend.

Bigmac and Fries make my day. Every bite is heaven. I smell the goodness of authentic beef and onions on fluffy buns. Service staff always and constantly smile and greet at all times. Pretty neat and spacious.

My burger was so messy, the sauce was everywhere and the pattie was so dry. I hope that the lady wearing black cafě shirt is okay. I saw one of the crew guy in the kitchen throwing bites at her which is not nice to see.
