I needed a new set of lingerie and was served by the manager whose name I don't know. But she was very supportive and amazingly patient. Especially when I was trying to pay by afterpay. We were having alot of trouble with our phone and being able to use the app but the lady serving us didn't get annoyed and really tried to help us all the way. I don't usually write reviews but alot of people only report bad reviews so I wanted to post something nice.

I came in by accident on my way to buy lingerie somewhere else. I was served by Sarah who proved to be perfect blend of friendly, understanding, respectful and had great product knowledge - knew what to offer me and went the extra mile to help. Extremely plzd w my purchases!!!

Got the best service from Sarah in this store on Tuesday. She fitted me, helped me find an alternative for the bra that's been sold out for months and got these bras couriers to me. Amazing service

I'm gender fluid and came into the store dressed as a man and explained I wanted to buy some lingerie for myself . I also came in to pick up a click and collect order, which they couldn't find straight away, so I browsed. The girl behind the counter was new, and absolutely wonderful. No judgements, and very helpful. A second assistant came over when I was paying and helped process my additional purchases. Both staff were professional, friendly and helpful.If you are LBGQT, this store treats you like a person. Not to mention beautiful lingerie and great sale prices. Totally recommend!

I'm writing this somewhat second-hand; I was waiting while my partner was being served. The service seemed very good, staff were very friendly, patient and helpful. I would have liked somewhere to sit while waiting; as a male non-shopper in a women's underwear shop, I felt a bit conspicuous standing outside the fitting rooms.

I had such fantastic service. The lady who served me was so lovely and so helpful. I got fitted probably. She picked out some bra colours that I wanted and picked out my RIGHT size. Highly recommended coming here, best to go when they have a sale on. I brought three bras and so happy with them. I recommend buy good quality bras than the ones you get from Kmart!! Get fitted probably, as 80% of women are wearing the wrong size bras!
