You should really turn around and go elsewhere when a shop tells you the reason a particular bottle of wine is 10 dollars more than anywhere else is 'these are our prices and we can't change them.'All this delivered by someone who seems fed up that you, a customer, is attempting to interact with them to raise a reasonable suggestion.Absolutely disgraceful. This is lazy management, and dismally poor service.

Great range of whiskey and spirits. Limited RTD's, only have the the mainstream ones. Staff was friendly. Pricing is on the expensive end, with high mark-ups on items. Like I was shocked when I went to the counter. It has a small amount of on-premise parking which is really helpful for a store in the CBD.

Great selection of wines and whiskey. Bit on the pricier side when comparing the same item available in other places but that's the location it's in. Very convenient for that end of town.

Terrible customer service. The staff consistently seem like they would rather be anywhere but at work.If they didn't have a convenient location there would be nothing to recommend.A smile would go a long way here guys and you could at least wait until the customer has left the store before going back to Facebook on your laptop

Good wine selection but not well known that they have an on licence. Good craft beer on tap. Small space so not many people accommodated.

Fantastic range of wines, particularly hard to find NZ and Aussie ones. Good selection of champagnes, whiskies, craft beers and other spirits. Great staff with good advice. Always a pleasure being in here.
