I had all four wheels replaced/balanced and a wheel alignment carried this morning , the service was excellent - the lads on the floor were fast and efficient, I was in and out in know time. Few negative points from my last visitI was initially told $12.50 for balancing, after job was done he claimed that he said $12.50 per tyre and so he charged me $25 for both front tyres.Receptionist lady was given keys by the main guy I dealt with, and she did not know how to start the car.Improper jacking procedure for a BMW, causing significant damage to the car's jacking pads.Two staff members laughed at my tyres calling them cheapThey couldn't locate the locking nut, I had to show where.Worked on the front tyres without stands, just jacks, very unsafe as jacks can fail and could cause car to drop.

Had a split tyre on a Mini from new & Mullins/ supplier replaced at no charge,so well recommend them
