Had an Nvidia GTX 1080 with a dead fan and needing new pads and heatsyncs. They made it like new again, still running perfectly 6 months later. will be going back for future work

The temptation was to replace rather than repair our quality laptop, no longer supported by manufacturer, but as time was available and the persistence of the technicians our laptop was returned as good as new. Highly recommend.

Super quick and friendly service. MyCom replaced the battery in my Huawei P10 Lite. It saved me from having to send my phone to Auckland and being without it for a long time. I'm very happy with the price and service, and the battery was installed within an hour of dropping off my phone!

Very efficient to work with, produced insurance documentation quickly, awesome front of house staff (Victoria) - had to wait about a week longer for shipment of glass from China (yes, only a Mac requires the glass to be imported!!!) due to a customs blunder. Was kept informed of process all the way. Would definitely recommend and will go back - repaired laptop was presented in bubble wrap and a screen protector - just like a bought one!!

I had a problem with my iPad and took it into MyCom as it had frozen itself. In a matter of seconds it was fixed and he would not take any money for his expertise. I was absolutely shocked that he would not take any money for what he did and to me that is a service you do not see these days, a credit to his business, I hope he does well as he deserves it.

I would not recommend Mycom for any screen repair job, I was informed my iPhone screen was going to be replaced with a genuine new one, and was charged an above market rate for this, upon receiving my fixed" iPhone I found the FaceID and camera were damaged and had to return more than twice due to the screen being faulty.After taking my phone to a real apple store

Looked after by Brad who is the smartphone guru. Very competent. Charged 48 dollars for assessment and hour of labour. Managed to swap screens in that time. Put together the other phone and delivered to me after work. Really could not ask for more. Have created a loyal customer (if needed)
