Slightly disappointed, nothing compares to the Taco Bell in the states. Though the store is tidy and clean.The taste of the food were quite bland and lack of flavour. There were a lot of rice in the burrito, but unfortunately couldn’t quite taste the meat in it…Overall, i would not visit again.

Finally we went in after passing so many times. Food was dearer than Maccas and kfc. It is also different to the Taco Bell in the USA. If you don’t know the food very well you wouldn’t know who ordered which. Everything was presented on the same tray. I agree with other comments, the restaurant and tables were very dirty, no one doing the lobby. I guess customers can help themselves to wipe the tables?

Really like this place not a connoisseur or anything just woke up and was actually dreaming about some nice saucy crispy tacos with great fries and a froze coke

This taco bell is way better than the one in Auckland city. Even though there is a lack in staff, this doesn’t hinder the food they make.The tacos they make are delicious and the chocodilla wrap is soft and chewy. The burritos they have are also really good. The crunchwrap they made are also extremely good.

Delicious food. The zoomed in photos seem to convey the opposite? I will work on that for next time. The staff were very friendly and kept the place clean.

We visited on a busy Friday holiday evening when they were short staffed. However, the young crew were excellent; they explained the wait and did all they could to manage a stressful time.The meals were as good as could be expected, Great value for money and tasty.The staff had their hands full but did a great job. Well done, thanks for the meal.

Food...poor quality & underwhelming. Not even tasty.Service...none. 3 self-serve kiosks and only one operational. Noone cared. Atmosphere...filthy, messy, sticky floors littered with used tissue and straws. Staff...enough on duty, standing and chatting away.Don't waste your time. There are many more reasonably priced food outlets you could visit and be satisfied with.

Terrible customer service! Not friendly at all!Today at 5.30pm I ordered 3 sandwiches for take away, the lady in the counter was like being forced to stay and work there, i said thank you despite just passing the bag to me like no respect, still she looked at me in the eye and no response! The way she looked was like i am the reason for her miserable life.

Loved the venue. Went to order from here due to trying something different. You can purchase at front station, or order via self purchase desk. Does have a sitting area with limited seating
