Overall good experience.They took my bottles but didn't replace them with full ones so made a call to their office and they sent someone straight back out to drop them off.Little mistake handled very professionally and quickly i will defiantly use them again.Keep up the good work team.

With the phone app and email follow ups this has to be the most efficient energy company in nz. Ordering takes seconds and deliveries are always on time. Just goes to show how technology can enhance customer service when done right. Thank you.

Dissapointed on how this company has gone downhill. A 10 day wait until delivery (still waiting, delivery day pushed twice) with increased costs every year including rental even with gas prices dropping. They used to be great, reccomended many. Now would say look elsewhere.

I would give Rockgas Tauranga zero stars if possible! Worst customer service ever. You have to wait over a week for a gas bottle, no one answers the office phone EVER, the drivers can’t be bothered buzzing a gate to deliver a bottle. They just turn around and leave. These guys used to be good but they are unbearable now. Stay well away!
