Ruchir, Support Manager, was extremely helpful when visiting New Plymouth last week, we needed 2 new front runflat tyres after mishap with rock rubble Awakino gorge. Sourced replacements from Auckland promptly, fitted and alignment next day. Very appreciative of his efficiency.

Had a bad experience a while back. Had front tyres done and a wheel alignment, which was all good and a very good deal. However, they did some 5 star check I didn't want on fluids and such, bearing in mind a service had been done the day before, there was zero oil in it when I got home (I'd checked it the day before) no oil on the road in between or at home, and when I put 4 more litres in,there was no issue or leak thereafter. It just evaporated during this visit somehow. I am looking around now and that experience is currently stopping me calling them for a quote now.

Was quoted over $400 for front brake pad replacement including machining of rotors so went to Beaurepaires and got the work done for $150 instead. Was also quoted $100 for wiper replacement so paid $50 and got the lady at super cheap auto to change them which took all of two minutes. Avoid these crooks like the plague. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
