They are very UNRESPONSIVE to an urgent matter while my family waiting for an update… No HELP at all

The customer service is not responsive especially when it is urgent! They provide you with a number to contact ad when you ring that number they tell you to contact another number! Then that number will tell you to fill everything out on query form online! Once that is completed they dont contact you at all! Nothing!! This is the 3rd time it has happened to me!! Whats the point of having customer service when they cant help you, even better when you try explain your situation and the person your talking too is giggling at the end of the phone! PLAIN RUDE AD UNRESPONSIVE!!
