Went there to buy our first car. Online, the listing price and selling price were not the same for a car we looked at. Notified the salesperson, and was told that it was an advertising mistake (but their website and every advertisment stated that price) which seemed suspicious and also a breach of the FTA.Test drove a car, liked it and went ahead with pre-approved finance. Did all the paperwork, signed the agreement and was told that the car would be ready by the following week (as the car had some paint and dent issues) .The following day, the salesman messaged us that the car we booked in had been sold to another customer as that party had paid cash". The salesperson said that since we did not put down a deposit

Extremely helpful and not at all pushy in regards to selling the car.Gave excellent and truthful answers to all questions.Car was ready for pick up in just a couple of days.Warranty was explained and all details of the car were clear.Excellent price and generous additions in regards warranty and NZ radio etc.Highly recommend Best Cars as a sales group.

Extremely dissapointed with the service!I bought a lexus 200 from Best Cars 4 U on 11/2022. Within two weeks of purchase, it generated a trouble in the steering rack (which was confirmed by an external mechanic as well as inhouse mechanic). As a response Tharuka (Owner) agreed to get it fixed and I hand over the car to him. I spent over a month without a car and nothing got fixed and eventually, he returned the car back to me. He avoided me further for over 4 months claiming a new steering rack was in order. Sadly, I am yet to hear from him. I called him multiple times to get this resolved and he replied saying No I will not fix it
