The idea of this place is good. Unfortunately, they seem to be stretched very thin.Extremely thin actually.Don't expect anything good to occur, as these people are just marking time, collecting wages.Shambles really.

absolutely awful. in regards to my mental health it's triggering in it's horror. it's like an abandoned office block from the 80s full of people who genuinely don't care if you live or die.

Worst place ever for mental health services. Staff constantly lie to mentally ill patients. The front desk is horribly disorganised. Incredibly under resourced for a place offering the resources they do. Honestly they do more damage then anything else. 100% absolutely Horrible place, if you have mental health and are looking for help, i really am sorry, but i think your local gp would be better then this traumatising place.

I loved my experience here. The staff so wonderful although I could not understand why there was no garnish on my plate of spaghetti.I’m curious,Why do these places that purport to be places of great wonder always fail?It’s the little things in life that amuse me:)
