Loads to look at and entice you to buy, womens and men's clothing. All other accessories. The boys are very friendly and helpful with a wealth of knowledge behind them being enthusiasts themselves. Great place to be lost in for a few hours. Highly recommend.

Just bought a pair of gloves here. i was served by a very helpful and knowledgeable lady who found a pair of gloves that fit perfectly and did not break the bank.I had been doing a lot of research on numb hands, and she said exactly what all the professionals had written in their blogs.I will be back when I need my next item for sure.

I probably had the best experience. I am getting a new bike so needed new gears. I asked a young guy named Rama about this and of course I made myself clear that I am not buying gears just researching, and he heard that but regardless of that, he wasn't hesitant to show me the gears I was looking for. What an amazing sales representative. I will tell that on the get-go, it is one of the best experiences I ever had. I will definitely go there to buy motorcycle gears and and surely would advice any motorcycle enthusiast to visit the store and meet the friendly customer service representatives like Rama. Thanks for the service :)

I don’t want to put a bad review because it’s a small business and small businesses have been through enough, but for the love of god can you reply to emails? I’ve sent you guys three emails through your website and all of them went unanswered. So I bought my helmet somewhere else.I’m very busy and don’t have time to run around Auckland, so I wanted to buy online. I’ve bought two helmets from you guys in the past (the last one there was an issue due to poor communication but ended up resolved). Anyway, if you could work on that, it’d be great. Cool store otherwise.

I am a new learner rider and needed all the gear. The staff at Motomail are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. As an older learner I've been put off dealing with younger staff members in some establishments, but not at Motomail. My age was irrelevant and I feel I got as much attention as my 18 year old daughter who was also buying. Highly recommend you stop in for any motorcycle gear you need for all ages and experience. Can't wait to try out my new purchases.

Decent enough. Selection is slightly smaller than some shops (and pricier) but the products are higher quality and stock is bigger. Bought the majority of my gear from here for years. Only giving 3/5 stars as the customer service is very hit and miss - Excellent if you're spending $$$ on that particular day, piss poor if you're after small items (or get a bad salesperson). Overall, can't complain. It's a shop.
